Of course.  We area always available at 800-220-LIMO (5466) if you change your schedule or to let us know that your flight is running early or late.

Wedding Questions

How far in advance should I book with you?

Depending on the popularity of the date, it is very common to book with us about one year in advance.  You should call us as soon as you have your wedding date established.  Popular dates book very quickly.

What type of vehicle is best for me?

Ah, this is where we shine!  Our experts have advised hundreds of brides with all type requests.  We may recommend limousines, luxury coaches, sedans or a combination of all.  Make up your 'wish list" and we can help you get it done.

How much deposit do I need to book with you?

The standard deposit is $100.00 per vehicle.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We honor most of the major credit cards in addition to checks and cash.

What is the age of you vehicles?

Great question!  Price is one thing but the quality and age of the vehicle is another. Many limousine companies are run part time and can quote low prices because they offer older used limousines.  Make sure you insist on viewing the vehicles that you will actually use for your special day.  We will be happy to schedule an appointment to view our vehicles.

Are the prices you quote "All Inclusive?"

The ingredients of the total price are the basic service, a fuel surcharge, if any, and the driver's gratuity.  Fuel surcharges vary according to the type vehicle selected, and a normal chauffeur gratuity is 20% of the base charge.

What type of other services do brides usually request?

We will pick up the groom and groomsmen and bring them to the Church.  We will then pick up the bride and bridesmaids, parents, in-laws and get everyone to the church in time.  We can provide transportation for your out-of-town guests from their hotel to the church and reception and wait there during the reception for special requests, and then bring everyone safely back to the hotel at the conclusion of the wedding.  We can provide transportation for the newlyweds after the reception to a hotel or airport of your choice.

Prom Questions

Can we share the vehicle with other couples?

Of course!  We encourage this practice to help you lower your per couple cost.  We have vehicles that can accommodate up to 26 passengers, so you can actually split the charge with all your friends.

Can we bring our own music and or DVD's to play in your vehicle?

I'm sure your taste in music will slightly differ from the chauffeur so educate him to the new style.  Most of our vehicles have DVD players so bring it on.

What is the minimum charge for a Prom Night?

We do have a six hour minimum for service on prom nights.  The vehicle stays at the prom site all evening in case you need it. 

What is the deposit needed to book a vehicle for a prom?

We require a 50% deposit based on a six hour minimum run.

How many stops can you make to pick up and discharge passengers?

This is your night.  You give the chauffeur instructions and he will take you wherever you need to go.

Do you have certain areas that you will not take us?

We do not allow the vehicles to go to the beach.
